UDEF PROGRAMS

Many successful enterprises were started by partnerships…Rolls and Royce, Proctor and Gamble, Hewlett and Packard …to name a few.

Another partnership that has proven to be successful is the Upper Dublin Education Foundation. Established in 1995, the Education Foundation partners in various areas with the Upper Dublin School District, the community, area businesses and Upper Dublin Township to enhance the learning experience in Upper Dublin schools.

What Programs are supported by the Foundation?

• Mini Grants to educators for projects to increase student learning

• A mentoring program for High School Students ("Cardinal Opportunities")

• North Hills Education & Recreation Program

• High School SAT Preparation Financial Support

• Upper Dublin Junior Athletic Association (UDJAA) Scholarships

• Grants for graduating seniors to continue their education

• The Annual Upper Dublin Medals Awards Ceremony and Reception to honor outstanding students, educators, citizens and non-profit organizations or businesses
